Early Days	The Parish of Toukley/Budgewoi was formed as a "Provisional Pastoral District of Wyong" under the pastoral care of the Reverend John Adam, who was the Rector of Wyong at the time.	Fr John Adam
Priest-in-Charge	The Reverend Geoff Rowney was our first Priest in Charge and continued in this position until the Parish of Toukley /Budgewoi was created in 1979. During Fr Geoff's time the Pastoral District continued to progress resulting in the construction and dedication of a Rectory at Toukley.	Fr Geoff Rowney
Rector 1979-1994	In December 1979 Fr Roy Hazlewood became the first Rector of the Toukley/Budgewoi Parish and was Priest until his retirement in 1994. During Fr Roy's time the Parish grew and developed and the Parish Centre was dedicated.	Fr Roy Hazlewood
Rector 1994-1996	Fr Walter Hancock became Parish Priest in 1994 and continued until his retirement in 1996. During Fr Walter's time the Wednesday morning service has grown and has become an important part of parish life.	Fr Wal Hancock
Rector 1996-1999	Fr Rod Bower was commissioned in August 1996 and was rector until September 1999 when he was appointed Rector of Gosford. During Fr Rod's time the parish continued to grow and develop; Life Lunches were established to provide an opportunity for parishioners at St John's and St Luke's to meet for fellowship, study and prayer; An inspirational ten week "Alpha" course of study was also introduced. Rector 2000 to 2006	Fr Graeme Sturt was commissioned on 23rd January, 2000 and was Rector until 6th January 2006 when he was appointed to the Parish of Cardiff. He came to the parish from the Diocese of Riverina in south western New South Wales. Fr Graeme continued building up the parish, supported the setting up of a Parish website and bulletin board, and commenced a 10am Service & Sunday School at Toukley and a Coffee, Craft & Chat on two Tuesdays a month. Rector 2006 to Date	The Reverend Ann Watson was commissioned on Tuesday 11th July 2006 at St Lukes Church Toukley by the Assistant Bishop of Newcastle Bishop Graeme Rutherford. Reverend Anne was previously the Rector of the Parish of Harrington/Coopernook in the Diocese of Newcastle.	Revd Ann Watson
